PRODUCT INFORMATION
The Incrust bread baking mix was developed to bring the benefits and taste of insects into an everyday product without seeing the insects.
The goal of the development was an everyday product with a high protein content that is particularly suitable for athletes and people with high protein needs. It was also important to us that the production and use was as simple as possible and that even amateur bakers could use it very easily.
The whole thing was created without any artificial additives and we were able to create a rustic crusty bread with a slightly nutty note and 30% protein content.
